Orders & Delivery
How does the delivery process work?
After placing your order, our team guides you through verification and delivery scheduling. Once confirmed, your product is delivered based on slot availability.
Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes. After order confirmation and verification, you can coordinate a convenient delivery date with our team.
Is installation included?
Where applicable, basic setup support is coordinated as part of delivery.
Is free delivery available?
Free delivery applies on all eligible orders. Product-specific or location-based conditions, if any, will be communicated during checkout or order confirmation.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We allow you to cancel your order, or part of an order, until it reaches your doorstep for all rental products. Please check your product thoroughly before accepting delivery.

When do I complete KYC?
KYC is completed after placing your order and before dispatch.
What documents are required?
Standard identity and address verification may be required depending on the order.
Can I complete KYC online?
In most cases, yes. KYC is usually completed online as part of the order verification process.
Plans & Payments
What tenure options are available?
Plans typically include 3, 6, 12, 18, and 24 months depending on the product.
Monthly vs upfront payment?
Monthly allows staggered payments, while upfront lets you pay once at the beginning for the selected tenure.
Is there extra discount on upfront?
Eligible plans may include additional savings on upfront payment, depending on the product and active pricing structure.
Is there a deposit on every order?
No. Zero deposit applies only on eligible orders or supported plans.
Returns & Lock-in
Is there a minimum lock-in period?
Yes, most products have a 3-month minimum lock-in.
What happens if I return within the first 3 months?
If you return within the lock-in period, upfront orders remain non-refundable. For monthly plans, payment for the remaining lock-in duration will still apply.
What happens if I return after 3 months but before my tenure ends?
For eligible plans, returns after the lock-in period may be handled under the applicable shorter-tenure pricing policy depending on the selected tenure and payment structure.
Are upfront payments refundable?
No. Upfront payments are non-refundable, including in early return scenarios.

Is maintenance included?
Yes, maintenance support is included for eligible products.
What if the product stops working?
Contact support and we will assist with service or replacement if applicable.
Is setup support included?
Yes, setup assistance is included where applicable to help you get started smoothly.
